We were surprised to see people in Brazil, religiously go brush their teeth after lunch between our training programs

In Japan and Korea, we were pleasantly surprised to hear hissing noises during the training. In these high context cultures, instead of saying “I feel so bad I don’t know the answer to this question”, you hear a ‘hsssss’.
It’s a skill to control the aggression in Eastern Europe and sometimes we hear ‘net’ (Russian word for no) more often than their willingness to try something new
